Hi Peter,

Just to thank you for the excellent service you provided from start to finish.

You don’t often get such good attention and great service. We could not fault it and would gladly recommend your services to others and will certainly tell Harvey Norman who recommended you of the great service we got.

Thanks again.

Kevin, (The Good Guys)

I just wanted to express my thanks for putting me in touch with Peter at Stainless Steel Concepts. Not only did he promptly return my call on Saturday afternoon, but he came by to measure up on Sunday morning. Even more amazingly he fabricated a brand new single-piece flue cover and had it back to me within a couple of hours; all for a very reasonable price.

He certainly solved my short flue cover issue. The single-piece flue looks much nicer than simply adding another extension piece.

I can’t speak highly enough of his service and the quality of his work. I trust that you will continue to recommend him to customers who face similar challenges with manufacturer-supplied flue covers – I certainly will.

Hi Paul (E&S Trading)

thanks for recommending Peter at Stainless Steel Concepts to us who custom made the range hood flue cover when the one provided by Fisher & Paykel was way too short. I would strongly recommend that you refer any other clients who are in the same predicament as us to Peter. He provided the new cover in under 48 hours at very reasonable cost. I attach a photo of the cover. As you will see we still have a small amount of finishing work to do.

Once again thanks to you and I would appreciate it if you would pass this email on to your manager.

Hi Peter

Thanks for your prompt service on the flue cover. It was a pleasure to do business with you.

I am very happy with the quality and appearance of the cover.

Thanks again.
